ORBITRUE 80
ORBITRUE 80 is the largest size in the family. The rotary module on a precision slewing bearing carries the arm around the flange axis; radial feed is automatic at every revolution, with manual override always available, and the tool head swivels ±45° to move from facing to chamfering.
It is available with electric drive (2.5 kW gearmotor with planetary reduction, up to 80 rpm), pneumatic, hydraulic or CNC, and is built on the Switch System platform.

Rotary module on a precision slewing bearing
The arm rotates on a precision slewing bearing: it is the heart of the machine and keeps the orbit regular across the whole diameter.
Automatic radial feed
The tool feeds at every revolution of the arm; manual override remains available for approach and touch-up passes.
±45° tool head
The head swivels to face, chamfer and bevel in the same set-up.
