1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored to be transmitted back to those same sites on your next visit. Alongside cookies, similar technologies are used (e.g. identifiers in the browser's local storage). Cookies may be first-party or third-party and, depending on their purpose, technical, analytics or marketing/profiling cookies.
2. Technical and necessary cookies (no consent required)
Essential for the operation of the website and the services requested by the user (Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003). They are first-party cookies, except where indicated.

Cloudflare Turnstile cookies are used for security purposes (prevention of abuse and spam) and fall within the category of technical cookies: they are active on the forms regardless of consent, as they are strictly necessary.
3. Analytics cookies (subject to consent)
They collect information, in aggregated form, about the use of the website. They are activated only after consent ("Analytics") and managed via Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2 (default setting: consent denied; no analytics cookies before consent).

4. Marketing and remarketing cookies (subject to consent)
Used to measure advertising campaigns and to display relevant ads across the Google networks. Activated only after consent ("Marketing"), via Google Tag Manager / Google Ads with Consent Mode v2.
Enhanced conversions: if you submit a form after granting "Marketing" consent, your email address (and, where applicable, your phone number) is converted into an irreversible code (SHA-256 hash) directly in your browser — the plaintext value never leaves your device — and transmitted in hashed form to Google Ads via Google Analytics, for the sole purpose of attributing conversions to advertising campaigns more accurately. Without "Marketing" consent, no data is sent.
