Reduces the radial distance between the motor shaft axis and the workpiece, decreasing tool deflection. The mechanism is supported by three shafts instead of the traditional single shaft.
Long-distance boring, external turning and facing, even simultaneously, thanks to the patented design.
Acts as a true reducer: even small machines can perform heavy-duty work on large diameters, starting from standard 40 mm bars (50 and 60 mm available on request).
Compatible with most portable boring machines on the market. For machines with particular specifications, MAUCOTOOLS supplies custom adapters.
For jobs requiring extreme operating lengths, internal supports can be added on request, further improving stability and precision.
