FACING KITS
The MAUCOTOOLS Facing Kit transforms your boring machine into a precision facing machine. Usable with all MAUCOTOOLS portable boring machines and also compatible with machines from other brands on the market.
DUAL SYSTEM INTEGRATION
It mounts directly onto the rotation module of your DUAL SYSTEM portable boring machine, using only the motorization of the rotation module.

COMPATIBILITY
All Facing Kits are compatible with LBM DUAL SYSTEM series boring machines. The FKX version is specifically designed for the LBM600X.
EXTEND THE APPLICATIONS
TWO KITS THAT DO MUCH MORE
The FK Series Facing Kit is the starting point. With the expansion kits the same portable boring machine also cuts Seeger ring grooves and turns external diameters: no extra equipment to carry on site, no second set-up of the workpiece.
SEEGER GROOVE KIT
The FKSS Kit is added to the FK Series Facing Kit and cuts the Seeger ring groove right after facing, in the same set-up and off the same rotation reference. It is the accessory that completes a seat repair: face the shoulder, cut the groove, reassemble.

EXTERNAL TURNING KIT
Kit for carrying out external turning with the MAUCOTOOLS FK Series Facing Kit. Together with the facing kit it is compatible with all tool-holder shafts with a 40 mm diameter. Three versions are available, chosen by the maximum diameter to be machined.
