Key features
The jaw chuck clamps in flange bores from Ø 25 to 152 mm and acts as the axis of rotation: no external brackets, no reference to build.
The slide travels along the arm and covers faces from Ø 25 to 482 mm with a single tool.
The tool slide feeds radially on the lead screw, guided by adjustable brass gibs that take up play.
With a constant feed the insert leaves the spiral (“phonographic”) finish required on gasketed sealing faces.
Rigid tool holder with a mechanically clamped insert: you change the cutting edge, not the tool.
331 × 191 mm footprint: it reaches the plant in its case, with manual and test certificate.
